Sparbot was the second prototype of a pseudo-optimal pokerbot for heads-up poker, derived from the PsOpti-2 program described a IJCAI '03 paper reference here. Spartbot, like Vexbot are two bots that Poker Academy licensed from University of Alberta Computer Poker Research Group.
