Online Holdem Inspector opi profiles are used to determine how each hand should be played. The OPI framework decides according to the selected profile whether or not to raise, call, fold, bet and every possible action based on your cards, the board cards and the action in the hand already. OPI profile is also the brain of OPI-based pokerbot (such are Online Poker Bot v4, Frogbot, Poker Android and others). Online Holdem Inspector comes with four default profiles, however they are not very strong profiles. One can create own profiles is he wants to, or buy third party profiles. When using OPI-based pokerbot, the profile is the biggest determining factor between winning or losing .
The Online Poker Inspector Forums has free access and a large wealth of information about what makes a good profile, some other places to download some from and tips on how to create your own from scratch if you desire.
