ITM is an abbreviation for "In The Money". In multi-table tournaments (MTT) and Sit-N-Gos (SNG), ITM% is the percentage of times that a player "cashes" or makes a payout. High ITM% players are said to have low variance, something important for SNGs, but less so for MTTs where the payout structure is very top-heavy.
